Our client appointed James Dean Associates to act in the capacity of Contract Administrator for the external repair and redecoration of the external elements of this two storey property located in Dover.
Scope of Work
To strengthen its structural soundness and restore the property’s aesthetic appeal, major exterior repairs and redecoration were required. The scope of work included cleaning and repainting fascia, soffits, and gutters, repairing and replacing damaged roof tiles, repointing brickwork, repairing and painting exterior render, and repairing and painting windows and doors.
In order to determine the scope of the necessary work and to create a full specification of works, our team of knowledgeable surveyors and project managers conducted a thorough survey of the site. Then, after inviting bids from many trustworthy contractors, we evaluated the responses to make sure they fulfilled the requirements and were competitive.
