Our client approached us to prepare a specification of works for the external repair and redecoration of the front and rear elevations of this 5 storey property located on High Street Kensington. Due to the commercial units located to the Ground Floor, we were tasked with minimising disruption to commercial premises, we achieved this by awarding the contract for the works to an abseiling firm, thus resduing disruption to the commercial premises due to no scaffolding being erected for the duration of the project.
