Our client appointed James Dean Associates to prepare a specification of works for the external repair and redecoration of the building’s external elements, including drainage works to the rear of the property. We carried out regular inspections of the works progress in the capacity of Contract Administrator and issued the necessary payment and practical completion certificates.
